Overall it was a pleasant experience, the only thing I believe that could be better. If you have your vehicle diagnosed and you get the work done there, I think you should have your cost of diagnostics removed for your service invoice.

I bought a brand new F250 that is currently sitting in my driveway without license plates because they didn't submit the paperwork until 5/26 to the licensing company and they did not send correct payment and only after I contacted them and basically threw a fit did they finally respond to the licensing company to provide payment. The GM was a jerk and very disrespectful. I still don't have a second key or my plates.
The buying experience went well it’s after I left the dealership that became a problem. They don’t return their phone calls. They still haven’t given me my paperwork. I bought the car on April 20 and I finally spoke with somebody yesterday that told me my packet with my title and everything needed to go to the DMV would be ready June 11. That’s unacceptable. This dealership doesn’t do what they say they’re going to do or communicate avoid them.
I could Wright a book on the company's incompetence. I don't wanna get too deep into it cause I would just be repeating all the other 1 star reviews. watch when they do work on your vehicle anf bring other stuff up its a way to get you to pay. They told me I had a nail in my band new tires and they would fix it for $49.99. I said no ill do it my self.
