My experience with Randy started out very well. The purchase itself was smooth, and I initially had a positive impression of him and the dealership.
Unfortunately, everything changed when I returned with concerns about my vehicle.
Rather than working toward a resolution, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and our interactions became increasingly adversarial. What disappointed me most, however, was Randy's decision to include information about where I work and details from our private conversations in a public response to my Google review. I bought a brand new F250 that is currently sitting in my driveway without license plates because they didn't submit the paperwork until 5/26 to the licensing company and they did not send correct payment and only after I contacted them and basically threw a fit did they finally respond to the licensing company to provide payment. The GM was a jerk and very disrespectful. I still don't have a second key or my plates.
I stopped in at Clement today to check out a New Raptor and just want to give a shout out to Connor. Very professional and super helpful!

I recently had body work done on my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I had a broken foot and could not drive. Clement Collision came and picked up my car, took it to their shop, repaired it, then took it to the Dealer for its 1st oil change and maintenance, took it back to Their shop, Detailed it and broke it back to me. Their work was absolutely Perfect..my car looks and smelled Brand new, paint matched Perfectly. All staff was professional. I will only use them for all repairs. Definitely will recommend to Everyone.

The buying experience went well it’s after I left the dealership that became a problem. They don’t return their phone calls. They still haven’t given me my paperwork. I bought the car on April 20 and I finally spoke with somebody yesterday that told me my packet with my title and everything needed to go to the DMV would be ready June 11. That’s unacceptable. This dealership doesn’t do what they say they’re going to do or communicate avoid them.
I could Wright a book on the company's incompetence. I don't wanna get too deep into it cause I would just be repeating all the other 1 star reviews. watch when they do work on your vehicle anf bring other stuff up its a way to get you to pay. They told me I had a nail in my band new tires and they would fix it for $49.99. I said no ill do it my self. I have serviced there 2016 Edge and now 2020 Edge ST. Recently, they changed the service staff, and it got worse.
I brought the 2020 Edge with a multifunction camera message, and many safety features are not working. They charged me $199 and told me they could not fix it (FORD dealer on 2020 Ford). Told me to go to the windshield place and have the camera remounted there. Promised $199 refund but never did. The windshield place told me to replace the windshield ($1000+) and still could not guarantee the camera will work as they are not a Ford dealer. I complained to Ford Co and ...
