Steve’s Retirement: A Chapter of Excellence
On October 31, 2024, the Clement Ford team gathered to celebrate the retirement of Steve Stamper, the Parts Manager who has been a cornerstone of the organization for 25 years. Steve’s impact has been deeply felt since the Clement Ford dealership was acquired by Clement Auto Group in 2019, where he seamlessly transitioned from working under previous ownership to becoming an integral part of the Clement Ford team.
Steve’s dedication to excellence was celebrated, with all employees coming together to honor Steve’s outstanding contributions.
President and Owner Penuel “Raj” Clement, Owner/Partner Nadir Djavaherian, and Former Owner Leo Marshall each shared heartfelt words, recounting stories and experiences of working with Steve. The room was filled with laughter, gratitude, and admiration as they reflected on his legacy.
After the speeches, the team enjoyed cake and ice cream, with Steve being presented a plaque in recognition of his excellence and dedication. Raj expressed his deep appreciation, saying, “Steve left an everlasting impression on our parts department and the employees that will continue to last for years to come. You will be greatly missed, and we all wish you the best in your retirement.” Steve’s retirement marks the passing of a baton to the new well-prepared manager; and his contributions will surely continue to be felt for many years.
As Steve embarks on this well-deserved chapter of retirement, it’s clear that his impact at Clement Ford is immeasurable. His unwavering dedication, leadership, and expertise have shaped not only the parts department; but also the very culture of the dealership. While his presence will certainly be missed by his colleagues, his legacy will endure in the camaraderie he instilled in the team.
On behalf of everyone at Clement Ford, we extend our deepest gratitude to Steve for his 25 years of exceptional service. As he moves on to new adventures in retirement, we wish him nothing but the best–and we we’ll always be proud to say, “Steve was part of our Clement family.”
Enjoy your retirement, Steve, and thank you for everything!
